  Post office is nice enough and staff is friendly. Letter carrier for our area however is sub-par, unreliable and careless. It seems I just lost a package because the letter carrier could not be bothered to lock the mailbox after stuffing packages in there. Reading the other complaints about the delivery service, it makes me wonder if we all have the same carrier.

  This is one of the worst post offices I have dealt with. We have lived in 5 different states in the past 10 years and this PO rates at the bottom. I never encountered someone that is friendly at the desk. I sell items from two different websites, so I know how to pack and address a package. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this PO I get berated for the way I package material, yet they still mail it. I avoid going to this post office, and drive 10 minutes further the other direction to Falling Waters, where the staff is friendly and helpful, just to avoid this post office. *UPDATE* I just called to check on package that has been sitting in their post office for over a month. Spoke to the same rude lady I get every time I go to the PO, just as rude on the phone. Had her manager call me back and he was even ruder. I don't know who I can complain to, but avoid going to this location. They are awful. I would give them negative stars if I could.
