- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible cuatomer service and utter ridiculousness. Never spending a dime there again. The woman working is rude. Went in with my 7yr old asked where the bathroom was, told in a rude tone "no". Huh? No? She replied "no" I'm not giving out the key until the boss comes back.... sonce neither bladders nor gas tank would make it home had to double back in the snow storm to another gas station and enjoy all the fun and risk that comes with driving extra time and sdistance in a icy snow storm. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Post office is nice enough and staff is friendly. Letter carrier for our area however is sub-par, unreliable and careless. It seems I just lost a package because the letter carrier could not be bothered to lock the mailbox after stuffing packages in there. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is one of the worst post offices I have dealt with. We have lived in 5 different states in the past 10 years and this PO rates at the bottom. I never encountered someone that is friendly at the desk. I sell items from two different websites, so I know how to pack and address a package. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this PO I get berated for the way I package material, yet they still mail it. I avoid going to this post office, and drive 10 minutes further the other direction to Falling Waters, where the staff is friendly and helpful, just to avoid this post office. *UPDATE* I just called to check on package that has been sitting in their post office for over a month. Spoke to the same rude lady I get every time I go to the PO, just as rude on the phone. Had her manager call me back and he was even ruder. I don't know who I can complain to, but avoid going to this location. They are awful. I would give them negative stars if I could.By Erin McClure, July 25, 2017
